A reservation is possible only with 3 and more overnight accommodations!

In the summer high season shortest reservation 14 days!

New adjusted prices from 2009:

High season	01.06. – 31.08. Christmas and New Year's Eve	80 Euros / day 65 Euros / day
Low season	01.04. – 31.05. 01.09. – 31.10.	55 Euros / day
In-between season	Jan – Mar Nov – Dec excl. Holiday-Weeks	45 Euros / day
Towels and bath towels are not provided.	In the price is not contained the payment of the tourist fees.	Pets are not desired.

Here you can have a look at our tenancy agreement ( If you book with us, You will receive it by mail)
arrival and departure	At the day of arrival the holiday residence is available to you from 4 p.m.. The departure is desired till 10 a.m. at departure day.
Our prices contain:	the final cleaning of the holiday residence all additional costs like rubbish fees, current (electricity), heating, water SAT TV, radio, passenger car parking space, place for bicycles, initial spare parts outfit bed linen
The owner lives on the property.
