3. The tenant can cancel this contract in writing before the arranged rent appointment. With the cancellation the following cancellation fee is payable 14 days after cancellation as follows:

a) 2 months before rent beginning = 20% of the arranged rent

b) 6 weeks before rent beginning = 25% of the arranged rent

c) 4 weeks before rent beginning = 35% of the arranged rent

d) 2 weeks before rent beginning = 40% of the arranged rent

e) 1 week and less before the rent beginning = 50% of the arranged rent

f) from the rent beginning the full arranged rent is payable to the payment

4. The parties can cancel the tenancy in case of higher authority(violence) at any time without a cancellation fee.

5. The parties expel an additional price increase or additional price reductions.

6. Another renting through a third party is not permitted.

7. Jurisdiction for this contract is to the City of Bergen on Rügen.
